SGTools is a suite of tools for data processing and analysis of X-ray scattering experiment including small angle (SAXS), wide angle(WAXS) and grazing incidence(GISAXS) mode.
Latest News
The released version 2.10 develops new function for importing edf dataformat. This release also fixes the known issues reported in 2.02: the coordinate selected for calibration was out of range in the program Ins calibrate. The background correction for one dimensional curve are added in the new version.

Installation
Two ways are provided for the users to install the SGTools. For details please refer to the user guide provided with the software.
• Web installation (SGTools-web): The Matlab Compiler Runtime needed to be downloaded on the Internet.
• Offline installation (SGTools-standalone): The Matlab Compiler Runtime is embedded in the installation package. (Recommend)
